Graduate Student Travel Scholarship Application – Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering

Section A: Introduction

Graduate Student Travel Scholarships are available for full-time graduate students to present their research (either orally or as a poster) at a conference.

Students are only eligible for one Graduate Student Travel Scholarship per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).

The applicant must be registered for the semester in which the travel is intended.

Scholarship amount is dependent on the number of applicants. The minimum scholarship amount is $100, and the maximum scholarship amount is $300.

If eligible, complete this application no later than one month prior to the first day of the conference.

The applicant is required to submit a proof of conference registration and the acceptance letter for the paper/poster.

The applicant must have his/her major professor fill out the Proof of Major Professor Support/Certification Form. The applicant cannot submit this form without the Major Professor Support/Certification Form.

Responses to this form will be reviewed by the CCEE Graduate Student Council. Expect a response in approximately two weeks.
